User friendly operation, short sintering cycles and low power consumption are combined in this sintering furnace. Up to 40 units and restorations, with up to six elements, can be reliably sintered in one cycle at temperatures of up to 1,530 °C. The specific SiC heating technology thereby guarantees reliable sintering results.

Furnace for sintering ceramics up to 1,530 °C

Two silicon carbide heating elements are the basis for sintering temperatures of up to 1,530 °C and guarantee that discolorations during sintering are excluded. All components of the combustion chamber are made from ultrapure materials and guarantee a clean environment, as well as very homogeneous temperature distribution. The proven, now significantly extended Autodry system allows for precise drying on the one hand, and supports very rapid and targeted heat-up and cool-down, which considerably reduces sintering times.

Speed-sintering of individual crowns in 2 hours

In-house developed sinter cycles enable the user to speed-sinter single crowns in approximately 2 hours.
